Your Journey - What To Expect
Welcome
After enrolling on your chosen training course, you will receive a comprehensive welcome information pack, detailing everything you need to know. This pack will ensure you feel well-prepared and confident as the day approaches.
Location & Travel
Our clinic is located in Bolton, Lancashire, just 20 minutes northwest of Manchester. The venue is easily accessible by road and train, with excellent transport links to the city. Should you require overnight accommodation, there are plenty of nearby options to choose from.
Upon Arrival
On the day of your training, you will be warmly greeted by our academy staff. We invite you to relax in the comfortable and spacious reception area, where you'll have time to settle in, have refreshments and meet the trainers and fellow delegates before we begin
Training Environment
We prioritise a clean, tidy, and professional atmosphere. Our facility features a dedicated teaching area and treatment rooms, all spacious and hygienic, providing an ideal setting for theoretical and practical learning.
Practical Training & Models
We provide models for hands-on training to ensure you gain real-world experience during your course. If you prefer, you can bring your own model, and we will assess their suitability for treatment in advance.
Refreshments & Lunch
Through the day, we provide
-Morning refreshments
-Lunchtime, typically a selection of sandwiches and wraps (please let us know of any dietary requirements prior to the day)
-Afternoon drinks including teas/coffee
Post-Training Support
Upon completing your course, you’ll have access to ongoing support, including comprehensive training manuals and a video library of the course material. These resources are key to reinforcing your learning and help you to develop your skills after the training day.

We also have a dedicated WhatsApp group for delegates to ask questions and gain advice from the trainer’s support group.
